Our Church
Open Door Community Church (ODCC) is a community of reformed believers whose primary ambition is to know Christ and to make him known. As a community of disciple-making disciples, we aim to exalt the Lord, edify one another by speaking truth in love, equip the saints for the work of ministry, and engage the world with the Gospel and good works.
Our Mission
We have five biblical goals we aim to accomplish as a community:
- Exalt God (1 Cor 10:31)
- Equip the saints for the work of ministry (Eph 4:11)
- Edify the community of believers (Eph 4:12)
- Engage the world with the Gospel (2 Cor 2:15-17)
- Enable the ministry of the Word (Acts 6:1-4)
Our Vision
“A community of disciple-making disciples who know Christ and make him known to the glory of God.”
Life is a learning process. A disciple is a learner. A disciple of Christ is a loyal learner whose ambition is to know the riches that are found in Christ Jesus. A disciple-making disciple shares those riches with others so they can know him too. The place for all of this is a community where truth can be spoken from a heart of love. And all of this is done to the glory of God from whom, and through whom, and to whom are all things.
